Anti Wrinkle Creams Put Forth False Promises

Boomers worried by wrinkles splurge much on anti wrinkle creams. This enables a platoon of companies to capitalize on their "forever young" mindset. However, lab tests and research proves that most anti wrinkle creams are ineffective.
According to Mintel, a research company, Americans spent more than USD 800 million in 2010 on anti wrinkle creams. Lab tests by Consumer Reports on seven popular anti wrinkle creams ranging from USD 8 to USD 80 reveal that the money is definitely not well spent. The results show that although all products are fragrant and leave no residue behind, they do not remove fine lines or wrinkles.
Experts suggest that the best way to deal with wrinkles is to stay away from the sun and moisturize the skin daily in the daytime and at night. Drinking plenty of water also helps keep the skin healthy. Pursuing these steps not only help keep the skin looking young for long, but also dismisses the need to use expensive anti wrinkle creams in the future.
