JWOWW Sued Over Copyright Issues of a Suntan Lotion Bottle!

Jersey Shore cast member Jenni 'JWOWW' Farley has been sued for infringing the copyright of a suntan lotion bottle lotion. The reality star who along with her Jersey Shore cast members swears by GTL- gym, tanning and laundry must definitely be having a hard time due to this lawsuit.
Phigogam, a business partnership of three friends from the University of Oklahoma filed the lawsuit against the voluptuous starlet yesterday. In 2007, Eric Bramlett, Wesley Cox and Paul Rudbicki launched a website called Tantans.com that sold tanning lotions directly to the public. Later, they realized that they could earn more profit if they bring in some celebrity for better publicity.
This led the three partners to Jersey Shore where they reached out to JWOWW after getting no positive response from The Situation and Pauly D. They say that along with Farley they came up with the design of the suntan lotion bottle in 2010. Later, Farley cut the partners out of the deal and sold the lotions on her name.
JWOWW has been sued for breach of contract, copyright infringement and unjust enrichment.
