Skin Beauty Not Related To Genes

Skin beauty troubles several women, especially those who feel they are doomed with bad skin because of the genes they have inherited. Dr Sandra Lee, a board certified Southern Californian dermatologist says that genes should not be blamed for unsatisfying skin beauty because skin health is in one's own hand.
Acne: Acne is the biggest skin beauty problem. It results from hormonal issues. Hence, using harsh scrubbing agents do not help. Instead, foaming soap helps to lift the dirt off the skin without irritating the skin and causing harm.
Sunscreen: Sunscreen products protect skin beauty. The effect of any sunscreen product lasts for only four hours, therefore reapplication after the stipulated period is essential to gain all benefits of using it.
Alcohol: The intake of alcohol must be alternated with water. This is because alcohol causes dehydration and dilated blood vessels. Both of these make skin look tired and unhealthy affecting skin beauty.
Sleep: lack of sleep also affects skin beauty considerably. Eight hours of sleep is a must to achieve a fresher glowing skin.
