Suncreen Lotions May Soon Be Replaced With A Pill

British scientists have managed to understand the manner in which corals block damaging sun ultraviolet radiation and are trying to use this information to develop a pill for solar protection that can be used as an alternative to sunscreen lotion. Scientists were inspired during their research at the Great Barrier Reef and believe that this pills effect could last for many weeks. Similar to sunscreen lotions, it would protect both skin and the eyes, reduce the possibility of cancer evolution and fight against wrinkles. According to scientists at King's College, London, this alternative to sunscreen lotions would be tested on humans in five years There is concern that this pill could hamper the body's ability to create Vitamin D but initial research is very promising and the pill would be much more convenient than using lotion.
